Best company out of California I've ever worked for. But trucking is what you make of it. You need to work hard and be in the rite mind set.

Communication is they key. You are driving there equipment. Treat it like your life line. You take care of the equipment the company will take care of you.

All company's have their struggles. Bhandal bros is the only trucking company that's like family. Be open with them and plan your time off and I haven't had a problem. And if I do have a problem I get ahold of management it's fixed!!

Trucking is not for everyone. If you want to be home every week your pay check will suffer. Be dedicated work hard to get what you want in life

Been with company for 2 years, Leo the maintenance manger answers his phone 24/7, very helpful with truck issues. Day dispatch are very helpful they keep you running as long as your hours allow. Overall good company

The Bhandal Bros, are in a class of their own- The level of Integrity this company holds, surpasses all others▪︎like a fine tuned machine! i.e.; ☆Their mechanics , Gary-James-& Marteen are masters of their craft ▪︎extremely knowledgeable, helpful & efficient. ☆The gals in the office, esp. Renee , are a great asset , to the entire operation. And their dispatch teams knock it "outta the park"☆ giving drivers, a plethora of resources to resolve any issues or concerns @ godspeed ! The entire Bhandal Bros family, should be a "poster-child " on how to conduct business, There is only one way for this outfit to go~& that's to the top of the list.
I feel privileged to be a driver here!

Poor company, driver was doing load for them. We did our job great.
We picked up on time, we delivered on time.
And driver was waiting 11 hours total only for unloading, so it's mean the driver lost full working day! And I requested for detention, they are telling "we did not agree with your policy" Not professional company!

I read some reviews, and some good and negative. But from me personally they have been great to my family. They are very family oriented, respectful and the owner I know will answer any question anyone has. The staff is great funny friendly and maintenance is on top of the trucks they are great. BHANDAL Bros is a great company pay is great, family is very important to them so to me they are very good company to be in. My hubby loves them, and I'm glad. Thank you BHANDAL Bros for everything. Keep up the good work..

Even though Bhandal is one of the greatest trucking companies EVER in the ENTIRE GALAXY, I WOULDN'TWORK FOR THEM, COME AND FIND OUT BY YOURSELF. Looks like someone hacked my account or misused my phone and left a really bad feedback. SO BACK TO THE SUBJECT, NO, I WOULDN'T WORK FOR BHANDAL, I DON'T QUALIFY TO WORK FOR SUCH A GREAT COMPANY.

Overdue review. I've been using Bhandal Bros for over a decade and I have nothing but great things to say. The fact that they prioritize the customer and make sure one's needs are met has made me a customer for life. Kudos to Jay for always bending over backwards to ensure I am satisfied with their services.

PS Love the new high tech Volvo trucks!
