I had a fantastic experience working with Mireya Castellanos at Bev Smith Toyota! She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. Mireya took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience memorable. Highly recommend working with her if you're in the market for a Toyota!

And notably,
I had an excellent experience with finance specialist at Bev Smith Toyota, Richard Bernard Baker! Richard was professional, friendly, and made the entire process seamless. He took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I was comfortable with my decision. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a great car-buying experience!

They made a miracle happen for me and I’m confident they could do the same thing again for you.

Bought a brand new 2025 Toyota Tundra in February.

Vehicle makes a whistling noise anytime it goes over 50 mph. This means my daily commute consists of my brand new truck whining at me the whole way.

At first Toyota inspected the problem and "could not recreate it."

After complaining again they determined there was an issue. The dealership learned of a manufacturer notification regarding the side view mirror, and explained that a part was needed to fix the problem.

I bought the truck on February 2, 2025.

Me: "When will the problem be fixed?"

Dealership: "We don't know. We ordered the part and it is backlogged."

Sure would be nice if they (1) fixed the problem promptly and (2) did something to make it up to their customer.

I did not buy a brand new truck to immediately have problems. I did not buy a brand new truck to have it whine at me up and down US1 and I-95.

Normally I would let something like this go, but the daily noise issue along with the other various miscommunications and interactions I have had makes me irritated.

The salesperson I bought my truck from (Ken) no longer works at the dealership, and the manager (Mike Rinaldi) who participated in the sale was rude towards the end. It was as if Mr. Rinaldi had never been told "no" before in his life. He stormed out of the room abruptly, and then returned 30 seconds later to agree to our conditions because "he couldn't lose a sale over $750."

I dropped my truck off for them to look at, and it sat at the dealership the entire day without anyone touching it due to some bizarre miscommunication.

Ohhh, and the pinstripes were falling off and had to be touched up in multiple spots.

When I spoke to the customer relation manager (Liz Ivy) about the various issues I was experiencing, she accused me of threatening her with a bad review. Another bizarre interaction with someone who is supposed to smooth things over.

I think that sums up my experience so far. Shop wisely!

I had a very bitter experience at this place... after two weeks of having bought a vehicle here with them, they sent me all the documents to sign again and with a higher interest rate, a different monthly payment with an increase of 50 dollars more... I was looking at other places like Toyota in Stuart and the price difference was like 5000 dollars... I do not recommend this place... and what I liked the least was that they told me that if I did not sign the new contract they would take my car away... I think it was a total lack of respect and very unprofessional...

I went in and left the car dealership a brand new car owner the same day. The only thing is, I wanted a higher trim and a different color. I just had to workout some kinks and the car drives beautifully. I got a 2025 Toyota RAV4 LE, it's a basic compact SUV and it's good on gas and it's a Toyota with basically no miles and it's going to last me a long time.

I don't know why they sent me a car fax email for a review when they made me go there for no reason because they didn't want to check it again. I shouldn't have had to go 3 times in the 1st month of getting my new car. The 1st time I brought it in they said it was brand new and didn't believe it had a problem so they didn't check it. I went back a couple hundred miles later and they fixed it but another problem cropped up. I went back today and they said come back if the problem gets worse because I would have to leave my car there and they don't have loaner cars meaning they can't honor contracts.

My car has less than 1000 miles. I bought my car cash. At the very most I will put 6000 miles a year on a car but I usually drive way less and I only got a 3 year 36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty or whatever comes 1st. If my car has to go in the shop for over a month, I lost more time on my warranty coverage. I am going to run out of time on my bumper to bumper warranty before I run out of milage as it is. Now imagine having to be without transportation when you bought a brand new car cash that is covered under warranty?

There are people who lease cars and pay for 36 months and only drive it for 34 months because it was in the shop for 2 months. They don't know how many problems can happen in a 36 months period and they don't have parts on hand.

This car dealership has no way of honoring contracts

It's almost like buying a car from a 3rd world country where contracts have no meaning. I asked for a XLE. The dealer came back from the lot with a LE in a different color than I asked for. He said the only difference is cosmetic when it has more safety features push button start, sun roof, alloy wheels and a electric lift gate and better quality apulstry for $1200 more. Get this. I gave the dealership $33,550 cash and gave a $2000 trade in which made it cost $35,550 to drive a base Toyota RAV4 LE off of the lot and that's after they tried to charge me $40,550. I had to negotiate my way out of buying extended warranties

How the hell can Toyota try to sell extended warranties for so damn much and make it policy to put it on the sticker when they can't honor the contract because they don't have loaner cars?

The volume of cars Toyota handles and they can't offer loaner cars?

I can overlook the lower quality apulstry and the minor imperfections on the exterior but I can't overlook the fact that if something goes wrong with my car mechanically, I will be without a car until they fix it and Toyota made it policy to charge so much extra for a extended warranty that other car manufacturers give standard at no extra cost and they give you a loaner car if something goes wrong.

Most car manufacturers offer 5 year and 6 year bumper to bumper warranty standard while Toyota's are priced as high as luxury cars because of their unethical policy.

I did the calculations. The starting price of the RAV4 LE is $30,250. Out the door with tax dealer fees and tag transfer my car should have costed $33,450 at the most. I don't know how I gave them $33,550 cash and a $2000 trade in and didn't get the Toyota RAV4 XLE like I wanted

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at your dealership that I feel compelled to share. My son and I arrived mid-morning after finding a Toyota Land Cruiser listed online. Upon our arrival, the sales agent took all of his information and went to check on the availability of the vehicle. After some time, the agent returned, stating he was retrieving his business card.

After a 20-minute wait, a manager came out to inform us that the vehicle was already sold. The manager then inquired if my son would be interested in a 1958 Land Cruiser, but my son declined, as he was specifically interested in the model he had seen online. It was only at this point that the sales agent provided his business card.

The entire experience felt misleading, as we had come specifically to view a vehicle that was no longer available, and the time spent waiting was not communicated effectively. This left us feeling as though the dealership engaged in a bait-and-switch tactic, advertising a vehicle that was already sold without providing clear information upfront.

We left the dealership disappointed, and I wanted to bring this matter to your attention. Transparency and respect for customers' time are critical in fostering trust, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
