The food & drinks were great, atmosphere of staff, including the seating at the bar, NOPE! DO NOT! Rude bartender, she was busy, it was Saturday, but as her Mom would say, there is no excuse for ugliness! After a 10 minute wait she finally acknowledged us and stated she was working the bar drink area only for the dining room waitstaff. A gentlemen bartender, offering some professionalism, but never smiled, finally took our order, it was only 6:00 P.M. The bill was $250 for the four of us, and he received a $80 tip but with no gratitude. That’s fine, not everyone can be from Texas! Professor Eve my Sister, would say you can teach a trade but you cannot teach kindness and friendliness, that’s genetics! We still had fun without any staff help.

I utilized Affordable Dentures and Implants to tend to my dental problems. They found it necessary to to pull 6 teeth and replace with a full bottom plate.

I assumed they would do quality work. I am very disappointed in the quality I
of the quality of the material used and the appearance of plate. It looks like something a novice would make

I was told this was a temporary plate and would receive receive a permanent one in September 2024.

In the interim the produce split. They said it could not be repaired. I was told at that time the one I was given was not a temporary plate but the permanent plate. And a new one would have to be made at an additional cost. I was under the impression the $954.00 covered the entire service.

I advised the supervisor that these plate was below what would I would consider as “junk” and should not have split ln regular usage. (Eating)

In the interim I made a n appointment to have it fixed. When I went to my appointment was told it couldn’t be repaired. I am very disappointed with the service I received. I never knew who I was going to be my dentist. It was someone different each time I went in. I don’t believe they were qualified to assist anyone They were not very friendly.

In everything I was very disappointed overall with the service and quality of the workmanship. They were not very professional.

First time using BBB and I can confidently say that they take care of business!! Prior to involving BBB,I was getting nowhere with my company dispute. The moment I filed a complaint with BBI my company reached out right away and provided me with a plan and they started reaching out with all updates! Today the billing issues I've tried to resolve since last year has finally been resolved within a month or less of involving BBB. Thank you so much BBB for being so helpful in this process.

BBB has been an extremely useful resource and helped me in ways that I could never achieve by myself. I had repeatedly tried contacting the business to resolve the issue (the business refused to honor their advertising promotion even though I adhered to all their fine print rules) and the business kept giving me the run-around. I contacted the BBB after a month of this back-and-forth nonsense. BBB was very responsive and forwarded the issue to the business. Within a few days, not only did I get the refund due me, the business apologized! Thank you BBB (and Vicky Ruff at BBB) for helping me!!! Your service is excellent!

Thanks to the Better Business Bureau as my unsuccessful attempts to get a refund (due to Travelocity's processing error) has been resolved. The representative from the Bureau was very professional and proficient. The representative contacted me not only by email, but called me personally to follow-up on my claim. I had gone in circle's with account representatives at Travelocity (from July-September) whom made empty promises that they would forward my concern to a supervisor. But, within only 2 weeks of the BBB handling my case, the issue was resolved. Thanks so much BBB for your proficiency, getting my case resolved and my $$ back.

I switch energy provider and my provider did not respond to my complaint regarding a shorten period of meter reading. The customer agent on the phone refuse any attempt of resolving the issue.
I contact BBB as my last resort. The process was easy and I received response from the President of the company. The company offer partial credit which was a fair deal.
Going forward, I will use BBB to register any complaint. This way it will help other consumers when reviewing potential providers of business. I would definitely recommends BBB and use their website as reference to company. Thank you so much for your help.
