The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Was hung up on at least 3 times, Why do they need my phone number if they DO NOT CALL BACK and you have to repeat the same process. Phone Ordered NEVER received. Even Shipper notes with Return. Replacement ordered but OUT of STOCK.. Charged for this Nightmare on BEST BUY Street and It will not Go Away or Get Resolved! Days of Endless phone calls and Nothing Gets Done. It's The Twilight Zone!

Terrible policy about canceling total memberships that are suppose to automatically renew. Best Buy should do more to try and reach the “ valued customer” before canceling. One Email and one text is not enough, the customer should get voice mail calls/messages and/or still be able to reinstate with an extra fee. I will be canceling my credit card & membership and I will not shop at Best Buy ever again.

I bought A Washer and dryer on 2/21/2024 at Best Buy in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. The Delivery Date was Set for Today, and Someone had Big Balls to Change My Delivery date to 3/16/24 and the Actual date is Today 3/15/24. Then I Called to Speak to A Supervisor and 3 Employee Refused My Request, to Speak to A Supervisor. No Consumer Should Have A Bad Experience Purchasing A Product. Shame On Them. They All Will Answer To The Creator of ALL Existence.

I sent in my I-Pad Pro for a Trade in reimbursement when buying a new I-Pad Pro. They TOOK my iPad Pro and NEVER Credited the Trade in Money to my Account. It Has Been 2 Months of Calling and getting the run around. I also have a General Manager of a Best Buy trying to help me and She has not had any success in resolving this either.
This is Theft and Fraud. Absolutely Shameful Company

To whom it may concern, as a disabled U..S. Marine Corps Veteran, I know what it is to serve with conviction however I was not given the same service. I went to the store located on Mandela Pwy in Emeryville California, and before I arrive at the above mentioned store I downloaded the items advertisement on to my phone so there would not be any problems. Once at the store I showed the sales representative the item on my phone and he proceeded into the warehouse retrieved the wrong TV. I did not notice this issue until I returned home, I then returned the TV the next day; and was given the right size TV. However when I opened the box to the new TV, I discovered that the remote was missing as well as the ac cord and the legs . I will never shop at your store again nor will I refer anyone to this establishment. And what is really ironic, I had a similar incident happen at the same store a few years ago. I had just undergone knee surgery and I wanted a new TV, I purchased a TV only find that someone had taken the new TV out of the box and replaced it with an old Television. As far as I am concerned I will no longer Shop at this store nor will I refer anyone else. So if anyone shops at best buy make sure that you check each and every item before you purchase it!! Sincerely unsatisfied Marine!!

Worst customer service ever!!! They act like they are doing you a favor for letting you shop there! Anthony Store #1509 Riverbank CA would rather me buy my iPad on Amazon than waive a nine dollar fee for an expedited shipping to have it returned back to the store after being returned because I did not pick it up within seven days and nobody told me about this timeframe I had no email alerts no text messages just found out my iPad was returned two days prior to me attempting to pick it up! I said apology would be nice he said why would I apologize to you when I did nothing wrong you did not pick it up that’s your fault!! Unbelievable #WorstBuy never again!!!! And I have spent a lot of money in Best Buy over the years about 10 TVs three computers original iPad I’m done

I purchased a laptop on 11/1/2019 paid 1,62500 in cash. The cashier told me I was covered under the holiday return policy and can return the item any time no questions asked. So I returned the laptop that monday, not opened still in original form. Best buy wouldn't give me my Cash I paid for this lapto. I was informed that it would take me 7 to 10 business days. I informed them that I paid cash, there was no exception to any of my concerns it was cut and dry 7 to 10 business days. So I tried to call and see if I could return it at other best buys and it was the same response. Best buy should inform there customers of there complete return policy before they sell a customer a item. I was half informed and treat rude with no compassion, my unle just passed and this experience has left me done with best buy for good

I'm extremely disappointed. I was not aware that Best Buy was open until recently. I went and return an item that was not use. The manger can't even override and give me a store credit for $40.00. What is the point to be a store manager if that person can't do a simple return.
