We have always wanted to stop here on our way to KC, but it was never the right time. We both had haystacks, which were delicious. The food arrived in a timely fashion, and the bartender/ waitress was amazing. We will be back!

“They only look expensive.” 😂 Great food and service. We ate a late lunch on Saturday and had a burger, patty melt, and chicken wrap. The fries are great as well- thin and crispy.

This legendary bar still looks the same on the outside "We only look expensive". But the inside has a modern industrial metal look. The kitchen serves appropriate bar food. A lot of locals bring their families in for supper on Friday and Saturday nights.

We had read reviews but we're hesitant to try because it was not what we expected on the outside of the building. I'm so glad we stopped! I had the massive club sandwich, and it was amazing! The toasted to perfection bread, showcased the delicious smoked meats, and cheese, wonderfully, add the crisp lettuce and garden fresh tomatoes and you have a extraordinary meal in one sandwich.

The food was ok, our burgers were pretty raw in the middle, so be sure to specify your level of doneness. Service could have been better, paid more attention to the men at the bar! Seemed like a play date place to take kids, an awful lot of them there!

We were just passing through. Had been driving all day, and we were starving. Out in the middle of nowhere. There's not much to choose from around there. So we decided to take the chance. We were pleasantly surprised. Great burgers and fries! Great service.
