Hi I've bought several laptop computers from Will over the years at very good prices and work rates.
He took my old information off the old computers and installed it to the new ones plus new software. I called Will about a few software issues with my old programs that I liked and used for years and a email problem. He started to worked on it the very next day. He used a program that allowed him to work on my computer from his office. So I didn't have to fight the traffic and go back and forth taking the computer to him. And he solved the problems in a few hours.
He's work is great and his rates are very fair and he is really pleasant to talk with and work with.
I just wish that I could find people like Will to work on my car or house and anything else that you'd have to hire to take care of problems. I was lucky to have found Will from a friend that he highly recommended Will, that's why he was quick to give me Will's phone number. Instead of trying people from an ads in a magazines.
I'd do the same to any of my friends and anyone else that asked about any computer problems.

I have used Will for many years now. He has a very senior level background at HP, is super competent, never misses the mark, answers you fast and knows what to do. And he is pleasantly affordable. Speaking of which, he is one hell of a nice guy. I work with IT folk worldwide and he is a keeper.

It takes more than knowledge and computer skills to be a fine technician. The technical words are exact and unforgiving to errors. Plus, working
with elders takes patience and intuition as well as computer knowledge.

I am one of those elders, now in my nineties. In spite of my years of use, the new complex equipment diminishes my user skills. I have made numerous stupid mistakes yet Will has been willing to work with me regardless of my computers ailments. .
