These people were very patient with me! I am not very computer smart and they explained everything that was wrong and what they did in terminology that I could understand. They fixed the issues and recovered all my files! My computer is 4 years old but they made it work as if it was new and saved me from having to spend money on a new one. I could not really afford to get a new one so that was a life saver for me. Both of the gentlemen were professional and sympathetic to my situation. Needless to say, I will be back in the future if I have any issues and will recommend you to my friends. Thank you!

I have never experienced what I did in this company. I went here as a recommendation from a friend who had taken my computer in. The owner was extremely unprofessional. Any question I had I felt like I had to pry out the answer and it was just dripping with sarcasm. He made me feel like every question I had was the stupidest question he has ever heard. He may act knowledgeable but when I got my computer back, nothing was fixed. In fact, my computer was in worse condition! My files were gone, I had files left on my computer that weren't installed before taking it in, and I was receiving pop up windows telling me my computer was infected and to take it to Microsoft. I have heard things about tech support companies online but I called anyways after this experience and let me just tell you I spoke with some of the sweetest people, they resolved my issues from here in under 12 hours as opposed to the few days I had it in the shop, and I paid half the price. I will only ever recommend the people at help desk from now on.
