I was losing my mind working from the house.
On a whim I stopped in to try the co-working space. Friendly staff, great lineup of businesses ( nice seeing some old friends here).
Quiet, coffee, strong internet connection, conference rooms and walking distance to the YMCA ( I'm not fit enough to walk across the street and work out at to Proof.
If my consulting work increases I will rent an office, those are really nice with great natural light.
It's great being back down in Lex.

Very cool space with accommodating owners and knowledgeable staff. If you need a space to work, or run a small startup, this team will do everything in their means to find you the right spot at an affordable rate for downtown proximity.

We love utilizing the large conference space! It has a great view of the city on the 4th floor with a large whiteboard and flatscreen TV with plenty of tables and seating. The ping pong table is a nice touch to help get the creative mind going!

I love working at Base 249. It provides a professional and productive atmosphere with pockets of conversations that could provide opportunities for business collaborations. I love the networking & relationships I have built there. I focus much better at 249 than I do working from home (with all it's many distractions) or a coffee shop (spending $5 for unreliable workspaces and wi-fi, no thanks.) Go check it out!

My office is virtual and I am based out of MN, but I found myself in KY for a week because my wife had a class in Lexington. I had planned to work at the Air B and B we were at, but when I arrived I realized that was not going to work, so I started to google around and found Base 110. Tim was amazing, allowed me to work in their awesome office for the week, and even invited me to stay after work one night and join the Bourbon Tasting Society of Lexington... needless to say, it was a fantastic stay. 5 stars to Tim and to Base 110. I highly recommend you work there 🙂

Fantastic space to meet!! We held a small webinar meeting in their conference room; spacious, comfortable and surprisingly quiet.
