Barclays has opened a new global service centre in the Gera commerce zone , Kharadi .Earlier it had offices in Eon It park and Hinjewadi , however now they have shut all other Pune offices . Barclays is a British multinational universal bank , headquartered in London. Barclays Global service centre supports IT operations for Barclays UK.

Recently Barclays Kharadi started their KYC Process, I am one of the employee in KYC Process. All these manager are very cheap. They are doing politics, all are negative minded they don't want to support any employees. They say we are following US calendar but they are not giving any holiday any sick leave, gained comp off. I was sick one day, and i informed my manager he asked me to come office get checkup with inhouse doctor and then go and do work from home. My VP is Maroof, he use to say I am the management where you will go to complain, you are free to go. They give 15 mins break 3 times. Remaining time you can't touch your phone, you should be there in seat. They all are from Call centre not having any experience in KYC.

Such a moron. Very toxic environment.

It is huge campus, lots of extra space available ?. There are two buildings of Barclay's. The area is very clean, lots of flowers ?, trees ? are planted. Enough space to walking ?‍♂️. There is another building which can directly visible from road in which there are 3 organizations those are AllstateIndia, bp and mindcrest. Another two same building construction ? still going on.
