Poor customer service! I had multiple prescribers on an integration software. We have a new EHR that doesn’t need the integration. It took me 2 months to try and cancel it. 3 months later they still took a payment and can’t get anyone to help. They asked for the receipt number and I gave it to them 3 days ago. Still no response and I get an email saying if I don’t respond they will close the ticket. I DID 3 DAYS AGO! Don’t do business with them if you value your time and money.

Absolutely terrible software vendor. They have had it to wear their portal on the Ohio medical marijuana site has been down for days. Giving patients no access to their medication. Please get it together.
