I’ve waited to long to finally start my real estate career. Badger came recommended by a family member and a friend. Mr. Doug was outstanding working with me. I signed up for Amanda Green’s class, With no regrets, she was available anytime I reached out with questions, and she always responded quickly. She always offered extra time if anyone needed it. She’s a professional in ever since of the word, along with being a compassionate mom. She’s one that succeeds in every aspect of life and will find time to help you too. You wont be disappointed with the education you will receive from Badger Real Estate Seminars. Amanda Green runs the Jacksonville, NC location and she is an amazing instructor. She is diligent and takes time with all of her students to ensure that they understand the material. Badger offers a wide variety of classes- everything you will need to become a well prepared Broker! They offer pre licensing, post licensing, and all CE and Update courses as required and approved by the NCREC. If you’re looking to get your NC Real Estate license or need any post classes, CE or Update, I highly recommend using Badger Real Estate Seminars and taking Amanda Green’s classes. You wont be sorry!

I just finished my pre licensing class with Amanda Green and I can’t say enough, how awesome my experience was! The EXTRA time, thoughtfulness and care she has for all of her students is admirable. This definitely was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but with dedication, a lot of studying and Amanda’s help and guidance I’m feeling very confident about taking the RE Exam!

I think this program is amazing and my instructor Amanda Green was the best. Not only did she offer extra help on her days off, she made sure we knew how to study and what to study. It’s a hard course and you get out of it what you put in. You will end the course ready to pass the very hard RE exam!
