Bryan and Jeff were great! When we bought a house, Bryan was recommended by our realtor to help us set up security. He met with me prior to the move to come up with a plan, explained what he recommended, and more importantly why I may or may not want certain features. The day we moved, Bryan and Jeff showed up that morning and helped hang and set up a new TV, improve our wireless internet throughout the house, and get our security up and running. Initially thinking it would take two days, they did not rush. They were meticulous and ended up helping us for basically three full days, remaining upbeat the whole time. We’ve loved their product, and now when we have questions, instead of waiting on hold, they are just a text away. So happy we went with B Baum.
