Bad experience. Purchased software at Staples called Web Easy Professional. Program doesn’t load properly or activate, therefore it is useless. Tried emailing and calling. Their web hosting website doesn’t work. Tech support did answer my questions and could not help because they don’t provide technical assistance for this product. There is likely no support for this product. Company may no longer be in business. Called Staples (where I bought product) and told them that they should not purchase from company that does not work or cannot support software. It likely will not get resolved. I’m out the purchase cost for that software. Stay away from this company’s product.

The provide a product that is outmoded and will not run on any Windows computer after Windows 7. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service. I have sent them copies of error codes and the best they could do is to tell me to install the disk and hit setup.exe!!!!

Hoping someone from Avanquest will notice this and respond with something useful. If not, I will be happy to publish the email string showing just how unhelpful they are.
