This team goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service. We knew that, with Tim Furnas leading, his people would be professional and reliable. Quickly exceeding our expectations, security patrols politely yet firmly solved the late-night trespassing problem on our church campus. Plus, a patroller recently brought a potentially expensive irrigation leak to our attention. We feel secure knowing the Avalanche team is looking out for us.

This company is a JOKE! They are supposed to come and look over the property and half the time I catch them sitting in there care on there phone or sitting down somewhere. They do not do rounds or lock up the laundry rooms like they are supposed to. People are having things broken into here left and right. Then when you go to call they say somone is supposed to be on the property but never is. So by the time they send somone out it is already to late. This company is trash.

The new guard they hired for the complex my boyfriend lives in needs a serious attitude adjustment. He was at the laundry room at 10PM and she stopped him from going in to get his clothes and locked the door and said “it closes at 10” with a very nasty tone. All other guards have allowed him to run in and grab his clothes when this has happened previously. You’re paid to keep the place secure not to be rude to residents.

Don't employ this company.. their guards like to sit an play on their phone (seen them) rather than do their job... I live in a apartment complex an they even said when a officer is available they will send him out... by the time anyone comes, it will be done an your left with defending yourself.... company is a joke... wont be long before the complex replaces them...
