It might be of good service in what it offers, but, one of its drives is NOT. Around 3:30 pm on 10th Avenue btw 28 to 30th street in NYC where one of your drivers displayed complete disregard to others and traffic law by forcing your company van into my lane of traffic almost damaging my vehicle and causing an accident. Vehicle NJ plate# XDH B14.

The dishwasher at my restaurant went down right before we started or giant brunch in Manhattan. We had a repairman on sight in an hour and a machine running with a brand new motor within 45 minutes. Bill was a great repair tech and very professional. Overall great speed and great service.

We've been working with Auto-Chlor for almost 5 years and not once had any issues with them. They have amazing customer service. Tom & Nino are amazing! They’re very knowledgeable and always answer any questions or concerns we may have.

Great service call on a Sunday morning. Just giving credit due where its earned and I believe the gentleman's name was Ryka. Fast response, very knowledgeable and patient. Service is everything for dishwashers and he nailed it. Thanks for the service guys. Kudos.

Nino is fantastic! Since he took over services for my company's 5 restaurants in the WV, everything has been smooth sailing; he came in and fixed a bunch of problems that were lingering and he but awesome about checking in on how everything is working and making sure we always are full on supplies. Definitely an Auto-chlor rockstar!

The WORST service imaginable. Call for more soap. Leave message. No call back. Call next day. Office manager says she was supposed to call but was too busy. She says we have outstanding balance of $2000 and needs to get paid before sending soap. No call. No ask to give check to driver. Just no soap. I offer credit card over phone or check. She says the money has to clear and be in bank before soap. She said I might not have any money in the bank. Really. We are a restaurant that’s been closed for 3 many months and this is the kind of customer service they offer. The owner and a dude named JP who sold us on the lease of the machine 7 years ago are nowhere to be found. We’ve had problems with them before. Absolutely the WORST!

Yaury has been our technician for a number of years and is wonderful to work with. We had used other companies in the past for our dishwashing needs and Auto-Chlor by far exceeds any of them.
