You can literally create your own world inside those 4 walls. Not only is the concept stunning, but Jay, the Owner, is a very genuine and kind person. He is pleasant to work with and very accommodating. We even hosted our wedding at the venue and it was unforgettable. If you haven’t already, it’s a must see.

If you are building a home or a professional involved in any step of construction-Authenticus is an absolute necessity. While working with an architect to design our home, I have struggled to visualize dimensions and the feel of our home. Authenticus allowed me to walk and feel our home before we have even broke ground. It is a small investment up front for peace of mind, confidence in decision making, and an enormous amount of savings in inevitable construction changes.

The staff at Authenticus was incredibly helpful and truly gifted for the services that they offer. If I was a home builder or an architect, I would require all of my clients to walk their plans prior to the commensuration of construction. I was not looking forward to building our home but because Authenticus allowed me to see and feel our future home, I am now excited and can truly enjoy the building process!

Our experience at Authenticus was extremely worthwhile. We were able to trim areas of our floor plan that were too large once we actually walked the plan. It was an expensive day and I feel the cost vs. value wasn’t quite there. With nothing else like this out there, I would do it again but there are some things that I feel would make the experience top notch that were missing.
The actual warehouse room could stand to be larger to accommodate more of the floor plan at once without having to shift it multiple times. However, what they did have was adequate to see sections at a time. Additionally, I wish there had been more walls and corners to place on the floor plan to emulate the actual home. With only 2 corners and a couple of walls that were difficult to maneuver, we still had to do a lot of imagining. Providing segments of walls and tables that could be pieced together to obtain correct sizes would have been extremely beneficial. For the price, I would have loved to see employees assigned to our space to help move the props around rather than having to do it ourselves. The time could have been used more efficiently. Additional, appropriate props would have also helped increase the value of the experience ten fold!
They provided lunch for us which was an unexpected and nice surprise so you might plan for a bit longer experience in order to take time to eat. The staff were extremely friendly and overall we are very very happy with the experience. We would recommend the service to anyone working on custom floor plans. It was worth the trip and full day!

This service is a great tool for informing the clients of scale and space. Especially in tight and confined spaces like kitchens, the efficient use of space and adjusting to actual scale is priceless for the client's confidence in the design. So many different types of applications for this tool.
