This is the only place in town you should ever take your computer. Especially if you have a custom build or a high end system. He charges less, does better work, and is friendly as can be.

I have a custom build that would not boot no matter what I did. He identified the problem over the phone and was able to fix it the same day I brought it in.

I've gone to other places and this is the first time I've left happy. Thank you so much for everything you do.

Charles is great! Repair was quick and affordable and he let me hold on to my laptop while he waited for the parts to come in. It's been a few months now and the repairs he did are still holding up well. If you need a computer repair please consider visiting this local business!

Highly recommend THIS place! I called another highly rated place on Google here in Auburn before choosing this place instead, the other place was over-charging by about $60. Charles helped me here and quoted me a legit price on my broken Macbook screen. They ordered the part for me the same day I called, and had it repaired very quickly!

Today I’m going to Charles to get my laptop fixed it won’t connect to WiFi and even if I say no WiFi it turns off after I make an account Charles told me it would be an easy fix and only 60$ I called around and someone tried to charge me 160 in Tuskegee. Charles is affordable and honest can’t wait to have my laptop fixed will give updates

Went here to get my laptop fixed. Turns out, my laptop was broken beyond repair and needed proprietary parts to fix that were no longer manufactured. The guy here tried for several months to fix it, and charged me nothing even though he spent so long looking for the parts. He transfered my old files over from my laptop to my new one, once it came in. I can't recommend this guy enough!
