Terrible service to county residents paying taxes and salaries. No phone responses and office staff have limited knowledge. No one in charge to provide assistance and don’t know the laws of county government.

Submitted applications for passports this morning and the staff is as genuine and courteous you could ever get. Most offices in other areas need to shadow the employees at this office as they are super patient and always “serving” the community with positivist and courteousness. From the security upon check in to the office staff, the patience and positivity they exemplify is what the world needs today. Thank you for such a positive visit and god bless

Honestly the kindest people! First spoke. with Charmaine over the phone who was very informative and asked me questions to make sure everything went smoothly, was greeted by Ray at the desk who is the kindest and so funny, and then got my passport done by Tianna; so lovely, sweet and caring! 10/10 staff!

The office staff helped me on two different occasions to file a quit-claim deed, so I was able to do this myself and saved thousands on attorneys fees!! They were pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous and kind.

HORRIBLE. Don't go here. I needed my passport for my flight attendant interview and they messed up it. Told me and my partner everything was fine just to call back two hours later because the CLERK MESSED UP!!! She wanted to talk and laugh with us the whole time and didn't know what she was doing. Now my application is held up cause of her. Im so mad right now!!!!!! Go anywhere else , I TRAVELED ALL THE WAY FROM PHILADELPHIA TO COME HERE. Ugh!!!!!

Very unhelpful, giving misleading information. If I should know everything, then what do we need the clerks for? And if the clerks know what they’re doing, why aren’t they helpful?
