I am a small business owner in South Jersey. Atlantic City Electric mistakenly withdrew over $15,000 from our operating account for a $150 bill. They took this small business to it's knees as this overdrew the account. I've spent ~18 hours on countless phone calls only to get absolutely no where. AC Electric took down my small business and continues to keep our money.

AC Electric withdrew over $15,000 from my account instead of $150 because of their mistake and refuses to provide a refund. I've spent 3 months, 12 hours, and 18 phone calls to end up no where.

This company is outrageous with pricing! They are the only ones in my area so there’s no competition for rates. Delivery charges are usually close to $200 a month! Someone needs to investigate how they can monopolize the market like this. Worst part about living in Cape May County

i own a construction company and after getting an approval on a new service, and having cut card sent , it has been 3 months now and no cooperation, we send emails and leave messages with no response. This company is the worst company i have ever dealt with , uncommunicative in every way. all persons having this issue we should should get together and formally file a complaint with the state, as it is a form of consumer misconduct!!! They don't deserve any stars in my opinion!

I am glad that the Court House office has reopened for customers paying their bills.
The staff is always friendly and helpful to everyone. They are a big plus for the company.
