We bought our second booth here, looking back we wish we’d have bought our first and second here. The photo booth is really great, and the customer service team were really stand up guys. We actually had a last minute modification that we needed and they took care of it, and then later we had printing issues and they were very helpful with solving those problems. They took care of our concerns at no additional cost and we were very grateful for that. We will definitely be back to buy another booth there when we are ready to and recommend them to anyone!

The company did a great job with the process and order. Photo Booth seems to work well so far! The packaging it comes in with the case is very nice. Only thing I didn’t think would be as hard is the software darkroom that is used on the surface pro. It is not very user friendly and is a little challenging to get the hang of.

ATA is a great company for there photobooth! Especially their Printio!! Finally someone came up with an idea rather than wireless. Truly amaze by the standard transfer speed for printing!

A few issues I have! But I will say amazing job to the developers.

Issues I have is No proper casing for the device. Every small computer has a case for protection.

In addition, I would have thought the developer would provide an off and on button (physical button) - There are wires w/ button that can be attached for it. Reason for this when unplugging the power source could potentially cause an OS failure, etc.

Again, really loving it
