10/10 experience. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. My sales rep was Martin and delivery and assembly team was Abel!

The prices are affordable and the turnaround time is quick. I picked the couch on Sunday got it on Saturday! Love it! Will be returning and telling my friends and family.

I had the best experience at this location! Steve was the person who helped me, notice I didn't say sales person. He educated me on the products that I was looking for right size of my vehicle if I wanted to take it and explained the delivery process. I took them delivery process because they give you a Good enough window frame to plan your day, more then affordable pricing for product and delivery. Fernando deliver the furniture with his helper no mess no damage in and out! I got lucky so I'm telling others!

What an amazing experience from beginning to end. Starting with applying for the credit card and was approved in seconds, to the online chat with an amazing representative on Tuesday to delivery by Saturday. The delivery was fast and efficient. After having big-time issues with Bob‘s discount furniture, I went to Ashley and found the perfect bedroom set. I’ve been sleeping on the floor for three weeks plus and I’m so happy now that my furniture arrived today. The guys were quick, polite and did a beautiful job. Delivery was on time, even earlier than expected. They arrived at 7:15 AM and were gone by 8:20. Again they did a fantastic job and I will continue to shop at Ashley furniture in the Future.

From the showroom to delivery, Ashley has been amazing! The gentlemen that delivered our furniture were friendly and respectful. They went about their work and made sure they checked that they didn't leave any packing materials behind. Very thoughtful. We will definitely recommend them to others.

Cristian was very prompt and respectful when it came to delivering replacement parts for my bed. He stayed true to the delivery window time, and even showed up earlier than expected. There was no mess left behind and the delivery and setup occurred very quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend again!

Fernando and his partner completed an AMAZING delivery for me. They were so helpful with telling me what I needed to do and making the moving process seamless. I was nervous about delivery because it was just me and my dad but they took care of everything and in the snow too! They were the best and so happy with the results
