Articon is the absolute best! Their milling machines are top notch (we have 5 milling machines and theirs are, without a doubt, the most reliable), but what is even better somehow is their customer service. We had an issue with one of our milling machines and they flew Phillip out in mere days for repair and maintenance. He took excellent care of us, hunting down the issue and leaving our machine in perfect condition – even repairing some unnecessary minor parts like missing screws we had lost in some of our puck holders and a damaged tool holder, and leaving us some extra o rings and spare clips. He worked so diligently on our milling machine that when he completed all of the cleaning and calibration he so kindly did after all of the repairs – he turned to find that our whole team had left for the night – it was 7:30 and he had missed dinner and was alone in the building! Thank you, Phillip! I don’t know what we would do with you!
