Poor customer service. Similar to another reviewer, I have the same problem with direct debit where they have taken money and did not allow me to unsubscribe. Stay away.

**update from 18/10 Customer manager reached out to me to rectify the issue and swiftly provided the refund. Mistakes happens but it’s how they’ve responded that made a difference. My use of the website had suit its purpose so bumping up to 4 star

Frustrating to have the Direct Debits coming our without any courtesy sms. You need to have staff driving it fulltime, I have struggled to use it efficiently , over 10 months have logged on 4 -5 times. No one has offered a reduced fee per month , now I have discovered it has 3 price points. So in reality , these reports have cost me thousands of dollars . This Platform is for larger scale business'.
