I have tried to be very patient before doing this since it was under new management when I moved in, but my issues started day 1 when I showed up to get the key to start moving in and the apartment had not been cleaned. Manager said she would send someone to clean it but it still wasnt clean. And it wasnt just a little dirty. It took me 7 hours to scrub the tub to be able to use it. I could not cook for almost 2 months as I have a very bad back and weeks of scrubbing the oven since it was absolutely caked in filth and grease. I asked multiple times for it to be cleaned. And for drip pans to be replaced. Nothing. My tub has been leaking since I moved in. This was 4 months ago. It leaks 10+ gallons of water a day and molds within 2 days so constant cleaning. It has not drained right for this time either. We have to literally only turn water on to rinse off only and it still fills up halfway and takes hours to drain or needs plunged to force water through the pipes. My window was broken about 2 months ago by some kids and still not replaced. My fridge went out and they wanted to bring another one over from an empty apartment and we said if it was cleaned. I cant clean another appliance. But of course dirty as can be. Had to spend hours scrubbing another fridge. She does not even reply most the time. It has been so frustrating. I had to finally find her a plumber because for several months nothing was getting done. And yet she now tells me to contact him myself. It is so unprofessional and so many code violations. I am including some pics of what my apartment looked like when I moved in. Other tenants are having same issues. Oh and even found two dead mice under the stove from the last tenant too.

I have lived here going on 2 years now. I have never had any issues dealing with the landlord, he's a fair guy to deal with and I have no complaints. Any maintenance issues are taking care of usually the same day. The rent prices are more than fair. As long as you pay your rent on time and don't act a fool you won't have any issues.

Lived here a year. Walter is a reasonable landlord as long as you follow the terms, pay your rent and don't sneak in animals. Alot of the negative posts I've seen are people who didn't pay their rent, or violated the no pet policy. Just do what you're supposed to do and Walter is a good guy to rent from.

Moved out 2 months ago. I have no complaints, landlord is quick to respond to maintenance. If you have issues paying rent on time, or not abiding by your contract, you are not going like it here. I had no problems. If you are responsible, I recommend Prairie Springs Apartments.

Very nice inside and out apartments. More than affordable especially with the way rent prices have been after Covid. Great landlord easy to work with and speak to. As long as you pay your rent and mind your own business instead of acting like you're in high-school it's a great quiet place to live.

So landlords are not allowed to deny you if you have a service dog, but Walter denied multiple people that has service dogs and says pets are not allowed technically service Dogs are not pets. I have a service dog and he is registered. But he denyed me

Lived there a little less than a year and had nothing but problems. Landlord is very disrespectful! I do not recommend!
