Outstanding customer service. There was a problem with the address on my order so it was returned to sender. I emailed customer service,(at the end of the day) within minutes I got a response asking me for the correct address, and within a few more minutes a new shipping and tracking was created. Wonderful company to work with.

Superior customer service, and top of the line products!! I made an error on one of my orders, and customer service was very quick with a response, and went well above and beyond to correct MY error. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. It's my best friend's wedding, and she's absolutely in love with a specific color called "Fairy Wings." It was one of the few things she asked of me, so I made sure to find it. However, when I went to purchase it, I accidentally chose the economy option. I reached out to customer service to see if they could reverse the selection or allow me to pay the difference. Abigail promptly responded and was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much! My best friend will be wearing your Fairy wings gel polish for her wedding.

I found Aprés has amazing customer service! First, I had questions they answered, they are very informed and educated about their products. Second, I had a slight issue with a zipper, they were quick to ask about the issue and quicker to ship a replacement. I’m very impressed with Aprés products, but their customer service is also very impressive. I’ve purchased many of their products and love them! Their friendly and knowledgeable staff are quick to help too!

Love aprés! Love the product and the service, always have. Most recent purchase was shipped by a company called Veho who apparently don't really know their job? They lost my package (have had Veho delivery once before and it waa touch and go...a little iffy). But I contacted AGX and they're sending me a replacement. I'm happy. Hopefully they don't use Veho again because I won't keep going through this. 🙂

I love apres gel extensions system . Anytime a I have had questions I have received a very prompt email response. Honestly so friendly so informative and amazing products ! I will be a life long customer and will encourage my clients and friends to also use apres . Also the colors are wonderful . My salon carries them !
