I applied for a position this morning and I just want to very clearly say: the customer service of this team is hands down the best I have seen. I had a question about the role I applied for and not only was the sweet woman who answered the phone eager to help, but told me she would get back to me as soon as she could. What a breath of fresh air! Great job Apptegy. I can only imagine how well you work for our school districts and applaud your engagement throughout the entire company!

Apptegy stands out as one of the top vendors we've ever partnered with. Our experience has been truly exceptional! Since the beginning of our collaboration with them, we've consistently been amazed by the quality of their platform and commitment of their team to deliver outstanding and supportive assistance. Their proficiency and readiness to assist promptly have significantly improved our organization's communication platform.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Apptegy. The school district I work for at one point left Apptegy to use another company to manage our website and communications. However, we soon realized we were not getting a user-friendly site and definitely not getting anything near the customer service we received from Apptegy. Since returning to Apptegy our website is amazing and our users who add content are much happier. Apptegy staff have went above and beyond from start-up to launch to now when day-to-day little issues pop-up their staff is prompt with answers, solutions and ideas.

I recently received multiple unsolicited tablets with pre-recorded videos on them from this company, and I must say I am extremely disappointed with their marketing tactics. Firstly, the information they bought on me was incorrect. I don’t work at a school district, as they claimed in their promotional materials. This not only reflects their unprofessionalism but also raises concerns about how they obtained my personal data in the first place.

Sending out pre-recorded videos on tablets may sound innovative, but the environmental impact and the blatant disregard for accurate targeting make this marketing strategy more of a nuisance than anything else. It’s disappointing to see a company prioritize short-term promotional gains over sustainability and data ethics.

I urge this company to reconsider their marketing tactics and focus on more ethical and targeted approaches that align with the values of their potential customers. In the age of increasing environmental consciousness, such wasteful practices are simply unacceptable.

They provide one of the easiest websites to find infomation about what is going on with my childrens school district. Most years it is a hassle to find their bus route or bus information, however, this year was easy and finding anything else going on either in elementary, middle or high school for bryant school district is simple and easy as well. .

Thank you for the simple and easy webpage !!!

Now that I’ve joined Apptegy, I can say with a well-rounded perspective that my coworkers and the workplace culture here are top-notch. From the interview process, to orientation, to the daily work environment… people are doing their best to practice thoughtfulness combined with high performance to ensure that each person feels welcome and reaches their fullest potential as a professional.

I applied with this company for more than one position, which my transferable skills would have sufficed. After receiving the friendly "we went another direction" emails I received one final email from the head of HR telling me that they noticed I applied more than once and that I just wasnt a fit for their company, no explanation. I responded asking if she could coach me on how to be more marketable, no response. If you want a great corporate environment to work within, maybe create that with transparency, and not snarkiness. I can only imagine how toxic the culture is there at this point.

Campus inclusiveness attempt here to hire those coming straight from college dorms. For many that may be ideal. For me, the fact any squarefootage is being used for cycling exercise machines, while the premier bike trail in the country is just outside, makes me chuckle and shake my head. Could never get over that and many other ironic things if I worked here.
