Super friendly and helpful staff. The woman at the phone migration station was super good. Nicki at the Genius Bar was wonderful. They were very patient and helpful. The alert for your appointment makes it very convenient.

As a store manager of a billion dollar company my self this service truly made me feel unseen as a client. I entered the store excited to make a purchase after battling horrible weather. I was kindly greeted by the gentleman at the front who guided me to the accessory area to let me know someone would be there to assist me. After 20 minutes of standing watching associates walk by never asking if I needed help I sat down another 15 mintues after again watching associates group together talking and laughing amongst each other. I then decided that after 40 minutes of only being acknowledged at the front door it was time to walk out and head to AT&T where I made my purchase. COME ON DE&I

I had very bad experience today @Modesto apple store. The store is pretty much empty. @ Genius Bar 45 minutes stop time to talk with the technician. I don’t know why so many people are working and pretty much empty. Today very bad experience.

We took a MacBook M2 in for repair. They said we would have to pay the $300 fee to for a full replacement, which is fine. They then said we could purchase a new M3 and then trade in the replacement for $690 once it arrived via mail.

About 3 weeks later we come back to trade in, and they said the MacBook can only be traded in for $600. The strange part is we were told over phone that there was a note on file for our original trade in value, but the store workers just said no note existed.

I would personally avoid doing business with stores that sell you electronics under false pretenses.

I just left here and was helped by Jazz at the Genius Bar. She resolved all my issues and was very personable. We ended up talking about dogs and other fun stuff. I left a happy customer. 10 out of 10 will shop here again. Give Jazz a raise and a promotion!!!
