I’d gotten an Apple Watch from a co worker and was having activation problems even when me and my co worker tried to get it to work so he suggested going here. Came here yesterday and was told to get proof of purchase. I wouldn’t mind doing that but the fact that the guy standing at the door not only spoke to me condescending l, but over me when i told him what me and my co worker did to try to fox it ourselves before making a trip out here. I wouldn’t mind being told specific instructions, but not in a condescending tone and having to speak over me like i was nothing when i was trying to go for them for help.

I've been coming to this location ever since I started purchasing Apple products. Over the years all the staff I have came across have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone is always super upbeat and are ready to help you with whatever you need. This store does get busy so there may be wait times. It's best to make an appointment online if you are coming in with any questions or concerns about your devices along with repairs or replacements. They do take walk ins, but you will have to wait about an hour or longer to be seen. Much of the staff is very accommodating and are there to help you.

Picked up AirPods Pro & traded in my old iPhone 11 Pro Max that had been sitting around in my room.

Pros: Jonte one of the employees in the store was a pleasure to work with. Great communication, very helpful and informative.

Cons: I had placed an already paid for order for my AirPods Pro2 online and had to wait on a line to even get in the store that was about 20minute wait. Not the end of the world but if a customer has already purchased an item, they shouldn’t be required to wait in line to even get in the store.

Overall Apple’s customer service is quite good and you can tell they do care about customer service. They do make purchasing products very seamless and straight forward and easy for the consumer.

Just get rid of the mandatory waiting in line to even get into the store and then I’d give 5 stars!

The people who worked in the store are not professional that was really unprofessional. I went to the store and they couldn’t even fix my problem. I think Apple should be taking this seriously and I think I speak to the manager and they even kicked me out of the store like they own the store.

Awesome service as usual and I was in and out for my appointment in a relatively short time of time. Store capacity as well handled and at no point did I feel like it was too full and I was too close to anyone else. Will definitely visit this Apple store again even though I’m not local to the area.

I understand i came 10 mins late but the women outside told me i have one person before me but a technician has helped many customers before me. Im still waiting for my appointment an hour has passed. Even new people who came in has taken in right away and we were still waiting for a technician to help me. Many technicians have passed by looking directly at me but still no help.

Came to the smith haven location last night 20 mins before they were about to close with no appointment.. The employee at the front attempted to assist me with my phone issue. He was very kind.. he then directed me towards an employee named Nadzia. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to fix my phone issue that I had going on for about 2 months within 10 mins! Very happy with the service I received ! Thanks Apple 🙂

good evening, sitting here at cheesecake factory STARVED and HANGRY. Pondering over my recent experience at the apple store. i made a reservation to get a new phone, alex helped me and he was amazing, sent me to the huntington store to pick it up, no problem.
while i’m setting up my new phone it’s not working so we decided to pop back into smith haven to ask what to do. there we were approached by a sales rep, amy. i was already having a terrible day running all over the place, then, amy, was very dismissive and condescending, We tried to explain our situation and she wouldn’t let us talk, she also LAUGHED in our face. luckily we got switched over to someone else and they solved the issue effortlessly. would rather them put amy in the back of the store to be honest. otherwise, Alex was a DOLL.
