My review has been very good, the customer service is 100 percent wonderful. Everyone I spoke with was very patient, understanding and wanted me to get all my questions and concerns answered. The unit I'm renting ,is clean and all ready to
be used.

I just moved from Boston MA to Bisbee Arizona!! Best experience I ever had renting a unit!! I had some difficulty online so I called and this amazing women named Maria walked me through it all and made my experience so pleasant and I felt like I made the right choice on picking this storage company. She made me feel like I was a family/friend. Maria is outstanding and needs to be recognized for her amazing work!! Definitely will recommend this company! Thank you Maria.

I only gave them 3 stars csuse your forced to pay 10 dollars for the insurance I've dealt with these insurance companies before and they want receipts for everything that you store so they can discount it and then you don't get much end they want you to prove that you had that in storage so like me I'm sure one keeps receipts for stuff you've had for years a little bit of advise take pictures of anything that has value so you can show proof then they will give you some money back but these companies love taking your money but try everything to deny your claim I only got some money cause I had pictures and just happened to be in it also when you take these pictures for insurance reasons write your name and date on a piece of paper stating these were taken for insurance purposes.

Rebecca is a very caring person. She has always taken good care of my concerns and questions. The property is well maintained and access is easy for both large and small vehicles. Absolutely no complaints here. I have rented from this location 3 times, and if I had to do it again, I absolutely would. You can't go wrong here!

I needed a small unit to stash some equipment in advance of opening a business. Anytime Storage was extremely helpful and had exactly what I needed at a fair price. I stayed a bit longer than anticipated and they were very fair and flexible. The units are easily accessible and appear to be well maintained. Highly recommended!
