Was very friendly and open. My son's keyboard had soda spilled on it and was just overall slow. He replaced my keyboard and upgraded some hardware and my son couldn't be happier with how quick it is now. Reasonably priced and he got the job done in a timely manner.

Chris did a truly amazing job replacing my water cooled all-in-one with an air cooling system. My PC is performing better than ever, and he was very open and transparent about the cost and process.
