We had such a wonderful experience moving thanks to All Service Moving! After calling around we received a great quote and availability within a few days of our move. Hugo and Tristian showed up bright and early to get everything started for us. How those two men moved our entire 4 bedroom house on their own is beyond me, but they got it done! They took the time to make sure it was all packed correctly and anything that needed extra padding was taken care of. All of our belongings made it to our house safely and in perfect condition, not one broken item. Both men were extremely nice, had positive attitudes, and communicated well with us through the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. Thank you so much for all the hard work!!

Based on a positive experience a friend had with All Service Moving, I decided to schedule my own long-distance move with them recently.

From the initial call to schedule the move to the final delivery, I was very impressed with the support and services provided. Jean at the Los Angeles office attentively and patiently addressed a myriad of questions I posed and made me feel I was in very capable hands. Another rep, Brian, was also very helpful.

Before the move date, I was contacted by Mario, one of the movers to confirm the pick up date. Mario and Alfred arrived on the move date and made sure to understand any specific instructions I had. They expertly and carefully loaded up the truck in a well-organized fashion, ensuring my belongings were secured and protected. They padded and wrapped up my furniture to prevent any potential damage from occurring. On the day of arrival, Mario made sure the placement of my belongings were carried out by my instructions. Everything was delivered without a scratch. Mario and Alfred worked extremely hard and diligently on my move, keeping a friendly demeanor the entire time.

Hired All Service Moving 2 times. The first went amazing. Fast, careful, very helpful, but you are always at the mercy of who is assigned as movers. So we were so happy with Jorge and Willie, we tried to book then again the next weekend, but had to take 2 other guys. Still with optimism of the last service, we didn't mind. However, this move was a disaster. One guy was young, it was his last day so at times was hanging somewhere on phone. The second guy got really sick, which we felt terrible for him and gave him gatorade because he kept throwing up, but it still was a factor in making what as a similar 5 hour move the weekend before into a 8 hour move. Breaks to throw up or make sure he was feeling OK, and pauses during moving where things had to be set down suddenly. When we put up the TV and turned it on, which was in plastic and blanket, not offered box, the screen was cracked, I can only think it was one of the times it was put down suddenly on the corner on concrete because the crack branched from side. So now we are dealing with follow up calls for a month on getting money back on the extended time required for move (TV they will only cover 60 cents per pound, and this was a 75 inch, so that's not gonna work).

All Service Moving was GREAT! The office staff was responsive and helpful and the crew who came on the day of our move, Francisco and Hugo, were AWESOME! They were fast but also took the time to move things with care! We needed furniture taken apart at the old place and put back together at the new place, and they did a great job with that! I appreciated the whole process and would definitely recommend this company!
