I brought in my new laptop and asked them to set it up for and gave them a list of all I wanted on it. They did it all perfectly for much less than I expected to pay. Abby, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. She was welcoming, helpful, funny, and much smarter about electronics than I could ever be.
In fact, 6 months later, she herself fixed a problem I was having that was due to a mistake I had made, and refused to charge me. Best experience with any business I have ever had. Thank you, All Around Computers!

Outstanding computer repair services. Abby and the computer technician, Kayli, were the best. My computer had died and was initially unrecoverable for my data. I had not backed up my files in a very long time so I was very distraught about the many files and photos that were gone. Kayli was able to do a recovery overnight and restored all my data onto a new hard drive. She accomplished what initially seemed impossible! I am so very grateful to find this computer repair shop. So nice to deal with a small business rather than a large corporate place! If I could give a review with 10 stars I would. Thanks again!

The married couple who own this business were very kind and very helpful with great service! I thank All Around Computers for their help! The reason I give 3 stars however is the price point I had to pay for an issue that I think would have taken at most 1-2 hours. If I paid 40 dollars an hour for the service and no replacement parts were needed (it was a boot issue, fixed by reinstalling windows to reset all the boot protocols) and I assumed this took 2 hours (which is generous I think but I could be wrong) then that would be around 2/3 of what I actually had to pay. For another business the price point might be no problem but for a grad student making less than 30k it simply wasn’t worth it because doing it on my own time would have been more cost effective.

All Around Computers helped rescue something that is very important to me this past week. I am so very impressed with Damon and the business! First of all, their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Every single time I reached out during the course of my computer job I heard back almost immediately. It helped make me feel heard and understood and cared for. Model customer relations! They also took care of the job in a professional expert way. They continued to work at the transfer of all my data from computer to computer even through the roadblocks that came up, until it was completely finished. I also love how my remote session with Damon went. He was so patient and helpful with a person that knows little about technology. I can’t recommend All Around Computers enough! Next time I won’t be nervous at all about my computer issues.

The secretary was very friendly and was great. However when it came to the tech working on my computer and my graphics cards is something entirely different. I handed in my own built PC( that was having trouble restarting and i decided putting a updated bios might solve it) and 2 GPUs that i was unsure of working. My cables are messy but everything was connected when i handed it in. I also had the protective plastic or rubber on the PCI from GPU on. And i put them in the package of boxes. I had my components in the shop for a month and was told my PC booted into Windows ( that's good ) now one of my GPUs worked but other did not and was told they would run more tests. I kept my PC in the shop because it seemed like they hooked PCs and would just put GPUs into them and see if it worked or not (that's fine) however they kept saying they are running tests. I have had to call the store for an update on my components too. When i went into the store to pickup my components and PC. I come to find that my PSU in the PC was unscrewed and when i got home i checked my GPUs and come to find that the nonworking GPU was missing a non static bag,the covering to the PCI connection, and the accessories that came with the GPU ( i decided it would be best to have kept everything in the box when i turned it over to them). I than opened the PC i found that my HDD was unplugged and several other cords were unplugged from my Mobo. If you handed in and expected it to be handed it back exactly how you handed it in do not expect that.
