Went last week for a walk-in tour on a Saturday. Really appreciated our leasing agent Heaven she was very friendly and communicative answering all questions. I toured the 2bed 2 bath loved the lay out, I also really liked the gym! A top contender for my next apartment for sure!

I recently moved into this apartment community, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the team here. From the very beginning, the leasing agents, Heaven and Lauren, were incredibly professional, patient, and welcoming. I first started looking at the community in late August and must have visited four times before making a decision (indecisiveness at its finest!). Despite my back-and-forth, they were consistently responsive and pleasant, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had along the way.

The apartment manager, Tracy, and the assistant manager, Arthur, have also been exceptional. They’ve shown a level of professionalism and care that is rare to come by. Transitioning from single-family home living after 10 years to an apartment was a big change, but they’ve made the process seamless and supportive.

Luis and Randy from the maintenance team have been fantastic as well—quick to respond and thorough in their work.

This community truly exemplifies top-notch customer service, and I’ve felt valued every step of the way. If you’re looking for a place to call home where the team genuinely cares, I would hands down recommend this community.

I recently moved into Alexan research, and I must say the property is very well kept and very clean!! Maintenance is also very quick to respond. I also like how secure the building is , and appreciated the elevators when I moved in. We have trash picked up daily, literally right at our front door. Lauren(property staff) really does goes above and beyond to assure things are handled, without hesitation. She is very sweet and helpful. I will say my frustration came from LMS, the company who put a boot on my vehicle 24 hrs after I moved in. I moved in on a Saturday, so in my attempt to register my rental as directed online, i wasn't able to do so, I kept getting an error . So I tried to call LMS, I assumed the office was closed as no one was available. So Monday moring rolls around, and I was going to go speak with management about not being able to register my rental vehicle, and I already had a boot on my vehicle. I do feel as a new resident, I should've been given some kind of one time courtesy or something , instead of being charged $130, after 24 hrs of being a resident.

Me and my spouse went apartment hunting and most places got through within 6-8 minutes showing us the units without really getting our input. Heaven was amazing at showing us each unit, being patient with us, and getting our opinions! She did a great presentation!

We were scheduled for a tour today from
3:30pm to 4:00pm. We got here right at 3:30 and have now been waiting in the lobby for almost 2 hours! There is a sign on the leasing office that says they are stepping away for a tour but each tour is 30 minutes long and we've been here for over an hour and still haven't seen anyone. So not only did they stand us up on our tour but they are lying too. There was another couple here when we arrived that left abruptly so I can only imagine how long they waited before us This is so unprofessional! If y'all needed to close for any reason you should have simply called us to reschedule or cancel the appointment. We drove over 2 hours to get here not knowing there was a chance this tour would not happen. I need management to refund us for the gas we wasted coming here. Y'all not only wasted our time, but you wasted my money! Not to mention I have a newborn baby that also waited for yours in the lobby

As a former tenant, now living in a different county I look back at my time at ARP quite fondly. And having dealt with the new staff due to an error on my part in shipping, I am thoroughly impressed with the change in management. First, the prices are exceptionally affordable and the apartments are spacious, clean and amenities are sparkling. Secondly, my neighbors were kind. Not overly intrusive but kind in a “hello and goodbye” manner.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking in this area. 5/5.

I’ve been living at Alexan Research Park for a year now, and I just have to say that Lauren has been absolutely amazing. She’s been incredibly helpful and has provided top-notch customer service. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, she responds quickly and makes sure everything is taken care of. I recently met Heaven, and I’m really happy with the positive changes happening around here. It feels like we finally have a solid staff in place that genuinely cares about the residents. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and support from the team!

My recommendation: don’t move here. I have physical proof that maintenance entered and left no notice. They broke their lease agreement. I found out when I returned from VA. My father had a heart attack and my grandfather has liver cancer. When I tried to talk to Tracy, she called me “crazy and manipulative” cause she thought she was right. Even when I told her about my families situation, she replied “ok.” Get ring cameras if you live here. Apparently I was “1/48 units” that were entered when they “peeped” into my apartment as the power was out and I was not home. I only knew someone had entered because they tampered with my cats water fountain. I had to get the cops to get Tracy & management to cooperate.
