We’ve had Alert360 for 14 yrs since we bought the house and I just recently upgraded to there new system. Cheap and affordable. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. His work ethics is really awesome. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He was also on time!

The technician (Eric) called and asked if he could come early and I said yes! I was very happy that he did that. When he arrived we discussed the issues that I was having with my alarm and then he told me what he was going to do. He completed the repairs on my alarm and made sure it was working! He was very nice and professional and did a great job! I have never had any issues with Alert 360! Their customer service has always been outstanding!

Eric from 360 called and informed me that he had finished one of his job earlier than expected and in route and could be at my location about 15 min if I am available. Eric showed up on time he was a wonderful guy , very knowledgeable, helpful , friendly , we chit chat about works and family while he was working Eric seems like a very socializable and down to earth guy. Eric seems like a very genuine, rounded and a likeable guy .

Honestly 1000 out of 10 service. Moving isn't easy, but this was the best process and I was fully taken care of. My tech left for the day and he was pretty much family. Highly recommend.

Great service by the call center to set the appointment, they documented the issues well which helped the technician to resolve the issue. Very thorough with trouble shooting and resolved everything they could today, and promised to document well for the final resolution.

Do not purchase an alarm system from them! Their equipment is extremely faulty. They have never been able to get hours to work correctly and we are always getting notifications that a sensor is off-line. Therefore, it is not protecting my home! They have one job. Do not purchase from them

My experience with Alert 360 so far has been good.

The help desk or customer service has been fairly good about getting me to an actual person instead of AI which has been nice

The Technician’s have showed up on time and normally I get a call and a text letting me know they’re in route to my home
Once at my home they have troubleshooted whatever problem I have until it’s fixed or resolved.
Guys were knowledgeable, nice, and easy to deal with which I appreciate.
I believe Anthony and Donovan were the Technicians
My experience has been positive and would recommend their service
