The last three 5 star reviews are from current employees including the CEO. This can be fact checked on their website. All the good reviews older than a year are from when the company went by Tarrant Technology and was owned by someone else. Just take that into account.

Like the previous reviewer, we were perfectly happy with our provider for years, until they were acquired by Aldridge. With Aldridge, we were experiencing wait times of 2-7 business days for something as simple as setting up a new employee's account/computer. By comparison, our new provider's response to a ticket averages about 8 minutes. Time and time again, we asked for them to use a template or checklist for setting up new users. This has never materialized and/or has not been followed, ever, costing our employees tons of valuable time.
We have several information security certifications and because of that, we needed input from them which we never got, either. It makes me wonder what their own information security processes are.
Billing is a whole other issue and it is, indeed, an absolute mess. They have consistently over-charged us for software licenses. They would claim that we did not tell them an employee has left the company and either continued billing for them/their licenses or discontinued Office 365 and not all other services, such as backup, antivirus, etc. There is no process to reconcile/audit this. And it is not weird to anyone that the numbers of licenses do not correspond to the number of active users.
The customer service is atrocious, they will do anything to cover up their poor practices and tell you how you are wrong and they are right. It feels that no one has ever spent a minute on customer service training. There is no admission of anything lacking and no honesty.
If you are looking for a good IT partner, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Aldridge took over for Tarrant Technology a few years ago, no problem with Tarrant Technology but the service from Aldridge is some of the worst I have ever been subjected to. An IT company that is unresponsive, unstable, no follow up and typically puts the blame for any problem you are experiencing back on you. A total failure. As we transitioned away from them they made it as difficult as possible for our new IT company to move forward. They have created chaos in our systems and they could care less. Not a company I would ever recommend to anyone.
