I have literally been using Dustin for about 16 years. I have asked him to help me with time constraints and he has always worked with me on deadlines. There have been times when he took my computer home with him to work after hours. Now days mostly everything I need can be handled remotely, with an easy invitation from Dustin and a code to punch in. I just sit back and watch him navigate through my computer spotting the issues with ease. There isn’t anyone in the SGV that I know of that has more knowledge than Dustin. He has done jobs for me I know nobody else would want to spend the time doing just because he knows how. I can’t say enough to recommend AJCC.

I highly recommend Dustin at AJCC Tech. My PC had been neglected, was increasingly difficult to start up and the hard drives seemed to be filling up, even though I had not been using it for a while. I asked Dustin to go through it and clean things up to get it healthy again. He spend a few hours on this, removed a bunch of problematic software that I had unnecessarily installed and helped me to get it working again. Dustin was super professional, communicated well, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Honestly, he reminds me of Leo Laporte (The Tech Guy) on 640 AM KFI. After this initial work, I also called him to help me trouble shoot a problem with my monitor . He was able to remote into my PC and quickly solve my problem and during the call, he also taught me a few things about troubleshooting issues like this by myself in the future.
