He came out and conducted my annual airconditioner/heater check ensuring I had a fully functioning machine. He also ensured that I had the most up to date recommendations for the unit. Adam came out the next day and made sure he assessed and sized the new system properly. Great removal and install of new inverter heat pump by technicians Gary and Brandon in Oct. 2024. There's a reason why this place has stellar reviews. Customer services - from the time you call the office to the time someone is onsite - is A+!! Seriously. Had an emergency late at night and they were able to Jordan (technician) onsite within 2 hours. He sent me regular updates throughout. Jordan was back out again the next morning for follow-up service. Service is QUALITY, quick and at a great price. Kind of unheard of to have all three hit together!

Seriously, do yourself a favor and look no further. Cannot be more happier overall.

I have follow-up services and I will be 100% requesting Jordan for them.

I had put it off for years but it was time to replace my entire AC system. I had used another vendor for years but decided to turn to Aire Serv for my needs. Sam the technician first came out to address my immediate concern. He was awesome, respectful and knowledgeable. The part about him that I liked the most is when he didn't know the answer he didn't have any problem admitting it and referred me to Brandon Coyle who would help me with our long term need, the replacement of the existing unit. Brandon Coyle is unbelievable. The gentlemen knows what he is doing and made me feel secure. You know your dealing with an expert when listening to him and he knows what I wanted and worked with me to help to get the best solution without any pushy salesman stuff. Looking forward to having a long term relationship with this company. Wish I had done it sooner. So happy to be working with Brandon!

Now that the installation is complete and I have had a few weeks to enjoy this amazing climate within my home I must add to this review. Robert C, Isiah, Dru L and J.C. who were part of the team that did the installation worked above and beyond to ensure the work was of the highest quality. I would recommend this team for any installation! Robert C, the team lead, was careful to explain every part of the installation and how I should interact with it that was clear and easy to understand.

Shortly after the installation I needed to have my duct cleaned out and as far as I know they have never been cleaned out. Gary and Miguel were instrumental in ensuring the ducts were completely cleaned. They took their time ensuring all the vents, and I mean every vent, was cleaned, looked over and sealed at the time they air pressure tested the system. Two individuals who were definitely knowledgeable and professional.

In summary, what a team! A worthy investment and I have no regrets! Wonderful company. I have added some pictures of my installation. Thank you so much!
