Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

I appreciate your response but none of it is true. I did not receive a call the day before to confirm appt. I reached out to you all to ask for a courtesy call because I was at work. I was not asked to reschedule. I was told to call my warranty company and tell them it was my fault that I missed the appointment which is unacceptable. When I tried to communicate with the tech Brian he was short, rude and informed me he did not have time to talk because he was late for his next appointment. That’s not good customer service!

My ac went out and wouldn't blow air. I called Bucket Services they came out within a couple of hours and found that my fan motor went out. He replaced it in the same day with a great price. I can feel the cold air blowing across the living room. I would recommend Bucket Services to anyone.

This company was a vendor for my realtor and first of all they took a plumbing/septic job when their clearly a HVAC company second they guy that showed up smelled like a box of cigarettes leaving our home smelling the same and we don't even smoke cigarettes third the problem was not solved they guy told us to go ahead and use our washer dryer and toilets as usual and if the problem comes back put in another service request we didnt even know he had left as if the job was done. I looked out front and he was gone. So now we have to probably wait another day to get our plumbing or septic fixed.

Technician came out and told me I needed an all new unit because mine was old. Said they could do it for $6000. After I declined they Called me back and said they could do it for $2500. Called an independent guy a realtor friend of mine happened to know, he came out and simply cleaned my unit with a chemical from ACE. Charged me $85. Air is blowing ice cold now and unit is running great. Call an independent guy, they have no overhead.

I haved used their service several times. The owners character & integrity is what stands out most. Most heating and air companies can get it fixed but I feel Bucket Services will get it done without unnecesary charges.
