Air Relax Recovery Systems are great. They are well made and work very well. I love the different levels and the ability to adjust where pressure is needed. I have used this system at my home for several years and it is great for revery for my marathon training, mountain hiking, and weight lifting. I personally have a #3 system. I always feel better after I sit in my recover boots, and they do a great job of pushing lactic acid out. I will usually run two 15 minute cycles on my legs each time I use the system. I use the system almost daily while doing more intense training, and I really feel it helps and makes me feel better. Because I liked these systems so much I have purchased some for my Track and Field and Cross Country teams, as well as my classroom where I teach Sports Medicine. We also purchased some systems for our High School training room and Football team. Great products and great customer service. I highly recommend Air Relax systems.

Great product- got the complete package, and my wife and myself are using it couple time a week. I dropped a star because the whole package arrived with very nice duffel bag, but the arms sleeves got no room and they left outside- I think when they offer a complete package at premium price, everything should fit together. The other little complaint is the connectors feel cheap and hard to connect and disconnect, but no problems so far.

I was confident I would like them and use them as my SIL had this brand. I have a calf injury that felt better after using a competitor's boots at the gym. I wanted to be able to use the boots at my leisure without having to go to he gym. I've been able to use them in the morning and in the evening and they are helping heal my calf injury. They have helped with recovery after workouts. I like thee different cycle options and often do more than one cycle when I do use them. I'm glad I purchased them! Santa delivered them early ?

I originally bought the AR 3.0, which worked great! However, I needed more concentrated pressure on specific areas of my legs, and the AR 4.0 delivers just that. Customer service was excellent and made the upgrade process seamless, allowing me to get my new system quickly. As a daily runner and biker, this machine has been a game-changer for my leg recovery. After several months of researching a variety of leg sleeves and using a friend’s sleeves for two weeks I decided to purchase my own pair. The AR 2.0 sleeves are well constructed, the control unit easy to use. I cycle between 100-125 miles per week and strength train. I have noticed an improvement in my recovery between work outs with less delay onset muscle soreness. After I purchased the product Air Relax emailed you tube instructional videos as well as thank you emails.
Glad I made the purchase.

So excited to have finally made the decision to purchase the Air Relax 3.0 leg recovery system. The price was reasonable and had options to pay off if needed. I have been a marathoner for several years and have taken up triathlons. The air relax leg recovery system has aided in my recovery. My brother just received his air relax system because he tried mine out! Definitely would recommend.

EXCELLENT FOR RECOVERY AFTER WORKOUTS AND INJURIES
We bought the Air Relax Pro-AR 4.0 leg recovery system after we had a chance to use it at a local sports recovery place. We use it everyday at our house, between my husband, me and my daughter after volleyball tournaments, this device is amazing. We will most likely buy the hip attachment too. We recommend it for everyone looking to stay in shape and recover quickly.
