I am a 60 year old man who has worked many of places during my life but by far this is the most screwed up and dishonest company I have ever worked for so I guess what I am saying is use at your own risk!!!

We have used this service for over 2 years and it's time to leave. They changed pool cleaning employees and since the new employee started our pool stays green. We refuse to swim in it because of how gross it looks. We thought it was kids so we haven't had them swimming for over a month and it's still green. I would then say its rain but all last year when their other tech was in charge it was blue 24/7 with or without rain. The 1 time it did turn green (I put a hose in bad choice on my part I haven't done it again) within 2 days of the old tech coming out it was back to crystal blue. For $20 more a month I'll gladly pay for a crystal blue pool like we used to get until the change. Hate to go but it's summer time and I would love to go for a swim but with how it's looking I won't go near it.

Affordable yes... but.... they don't do a good job when they do show up. In fact we didn't even realize how poor of a job they were doing until we hired another company. They never cleaned our pool and always gave excuses about why the pool was turning green. Once the owner came out and got the pool looking good... only for his employees to mess it up again the following week. Do yourself a favor and hire a reliable company.

I had to fire these people. Several times they left my gate open and one of my dogs escaped. Many times they did not show up. And when they did show up, they did very little. Never tested my pool water, sometimes didn't even add chlorine. And they never scrubbed my walls. What finally cost them my business was a cigarette butt. We kept finding them and then figured out they were just throwing them in our yard when they came. Save yourself the stress and don't hire these people.

My grama had this company come out n service her pool the first pool tech she had she was very satisfied he was very professional and did his job very well when he left this company he was replaced by a women named Jennifer she came out and started servicing the pool she did a horrible job never used the vacuum never put chemicals in she would just add as much chlorine that she felt the pool needed without checking the levels correctly she never cleaned the filter my grama then called the company and complained hopeing the girl Jennifer would then do her job the way she was supposed to nothing changed in Jennifers work quality then my grama called again and was told very rudely that loosing this account would not be a big deal to them so even know my grama continued to pay her monthly sevice charge she was not getting the sevice that needed
to b done and was very disappointed with the quality of this companies performance
