The technicians are very good and know their trade. The company is honest and does not try to sell you things you don't really need. They are not gouging their prices and actually care about their customers. They did a great job with my AC unit and duct work repair. I will be using them in the future for some electrical work.

We had a complete unit replacement and Chris and Seth with Advantage HPE were awesome. On-Time, Knowledgeable, Friendly just to name a few.

They kept us informed as to what they were doing and followed up at the end to go over the entire installation and asked if we had any questions or concerns. They also followed up with forwarding pictures of install.

Owning a HVAC/Plumbing company myself, I would highly recommend this company and these two installers.

Super appreciative of the office and installation team. The installation team was quick, effective, and timely and made sure to clean up after themselves.

The reason I went with Advantage over my other two quotes was Daniel’s ability to meet me where I was at in his quote. He was the only one out of three to offer me three quotes ranging in price - bare minimum repair, second tier repair, and full replacement. Full replacement was the only option from the other companies despite stressing I needed to be budget friendly right now but could later move to full replacement of my ductwork when timing was right. Nothing against the other two companies - I’m sure they are great too but what I needed is someone to hear my current needs and focus only on that for a quote instead of pushing payment plans and doing a full replacement. His budget friendly quote focused on my current exact needs and how they could fix the urgent needs now. He was kind, caring, and understanding that financially I needed to focus on the bare minimum. He left the decision as to how much I wanted to spend up to me which built trust that he was looking out for my needs and wants for the repair and not upselling. I don’t doubt full replacement would be the easiest and best way to go so no fault to any of the companies recommending it but In my current place - the quick fix was what I could do. Overall, I’m super happy with my choice and their work was done well. Thankful for finding a good AC company to work with for my Ac needs.

Your company has been very professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Knocking it out of the park! Matt Scott was the service tech who proposed what I was asking for, described the work I needed in a way I could understand, and then came out and performed the work himself… basically a one-man-band. He did have a partner here helping him today, and he was great too! They both really seem to like what they’re doing, and get excited by performing quality work. Thanks for a great experience!

Called because my power kept going off and on. Eric came out within a couple hours as scheduled and did a complete check of my electrical. Eric determined the issue was at the outside breaker under the meter. Eric obtained a breaker amd returned and completed the repair very quickly. All is working well again.
