I’m beyond happy with my new water system with reverse osmosis! The water quality now has by exceeded my expectations! I knew we were getting the best when I setup the work with Advanced Water Technologies very knowledgeable Owners and Staff and all work was done correctly the first time. I own a Auto and RV Detailing business so water for me is a very important tool in order to do my job so when I had them come out I let them know every concern I had and they came up with the perfect solution very quickly.I now have the best water for my home and business! Thanks again to the owners and operators of Advanced Water Technologies I would give 10 Stars if the option was available!

Best after/hours emergency service I've ever experienced!
They installed my water system 6+/- months ago, and re-used my existing water pump (per my request).
The water pump sprung a leak labor day weekend on a Sunday and they were here within an hour fixing it and the invoice was very reasonable.

I met Mike and Doralyn when my softner company moved. They were just starting out and were very professional. I use their service monthly for salt and maintenance. It's not expensive for that service, and monthly fee changes with my bags of salt needs. They track and remind me when I need carbon replacement and other large maintenance. When I've had an emergency, they are out the same day. I highly recommend this company as they have expanded to digging wells also. They can handle all your water needs. And tell them Miss Debi sent you. You'll be glad you chose them.

Be cautious
They installed two new systems at two locations I have in the Okeechobee area.
*First location, They used my equipment on another location because they ran out of parts. I had two wait two weeks for them to reorder my parts i had numerous problems with the pump they would not install a new pump until i raised wholly hell.
* Seconds location,
They used the wrong persure switch and FLOODED my office house.
I am a part time residents so i signed up for their monthly service a was charged for things i did not receive.

Their Facebook page says they love their employees but how they treat them says completely different. I ran into my old water tech that worked there for 14 years and they ran him out the door while treating him like absolute garbage. The work output has also went straight down hill and a major lack of communication from the office has chased me and my neighbor away for good.

I would highly recommend this company! They did a number of things for me, from the repair and maintenance of my water softener and well water system, to installing a reverse osmosis system in my kitchen and then following up with all the maintenance for that. I am so thankful for them making my first-time homeowner experiences affordable, pleasurable, and convenient. Hands down the best customer service related to home needs I’ve had since moving to Florida 5 years ago.
