I was happy to obtain a quick appointment. However, I felt the procedure was very rushed and impersonal. I realize that the tech has a schedule and s job to do, but I might suggest adding a little compassion with a kind word or two to make the patient feel more comfortable. I was apprehensive to begin with and did not feel any calming support before the procedure , during or after even when I experienced dizziness.

The wait time was less than 5 minutes after check in. The front receptionist was exceptional and quick. The technician was kind, courteous, thorough and gentle. At an always nervous procedure, the tech made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I gave her a 10 star review.

Even though I was 15 minutes late, I was still seen. My tech was very courteous and friendly. My entire experience was great. From the front desk to the technicians, they are caring,friendly and very understanding.

my experience was very pleasant and because it was the anxiety
was very low they maid me laugh and were always concern about my comfort level. i will always come back if there's any future needs arise that Advanced Radiology is able to help me . Had a great first time experience at this practice staff were kind, helpful, and able to answer all my questions. The radiologist that saw me was very understanding and took the time to listen to my concerns and Made me feel really comfortable.

My daughter had a hip ultrasound here. We had a great experience. The front office staff were welcoming. The ultrasound tech did a great job dealing with a fussy baby and the radiologist did as well.

Friendly service all around. Check in was very easy and was greeted upon coming in. The tech was very pleasant. Wait time was not very long and it helps to complete pre registration forms before hand. Also the location is very convenient and easy to find.

My open air MRI with ADvanced Radiology went smoothly. With the help of a couple things I was able to do it in spite of my claustrophobia. The one Valium from my Dr and the eye blind folders provided by you did the trick. Your ear plugs were almost useless. Next time I’ll bring my own.

I went in as a walk-in for a quick Chest X-ray and I was first asked to provide my documents so they could make an account for me. It took about 10mins and then I filled in some paperwork for my X-Ray which then had a wait time of less than 10 mins. Overall a very quick and pleasant experience.

My appointment started on time and it was expedited very effectively. The staff was friendly and Curtis and so were the receptionists! The staff was very professional while humorous and it was a pleasure being treated at your location!
I had two requests for x-rays that were walk-ins and that was executed quickly as well! That's why I give them 5 out of five 100% great!

Went as a walk-in. The woman at the front desk who helped me was very pleasant and so was my tech ( I actually did not catch either lady’s name). The rest of the staff was also very pleasant. Quick check in process and was out less than an hour. Great experience

Advanced Radiology is a top notch facility with the latest equipment and very friendly personable staff, who take every caution not to allow jewelry or wired bras to get vaporized (joking, somewhat) as they scan you. Getting scanned for serious issues is scary but the staff here empathize and treat ya with TLC. If you need to know what's happening inside your body, these folks are gonna find out, and they make it easy. Despite a full waiting room the actual wait was less than 15 minutes, not bad at all, right? Oh! And I received my results via FedEx within a handful of days. Again, competence shows.
