I had hired this company at the recommendation from the city of ceres to cover an quinceanera on 7/27/24 and the service was horrible. The guards were rude and failed to do their job accordingly. As the host of the party and one who forked the bill for their wages there was lack of respect. All one guard did was stand by the bar and guard the door all day. He made everyone feel uncomfortable. The other guard was outside and all she did was complain about kids horse-playing, which they were not. They were too lazy to monitor the call like they were supposed to. Didn’t see them move once from their “posts”. I have talked to the supposed owner in person and have filed a complaint with the city. Do not use ADF. Worst experience ever! They almost ruined my daughter’s party. The city employees were helpful in de-escalating the issue. I will ensure everyone I know is aware of how this company conducts business. Their guards have no people skills and lack communication.

Great people in general & very easy to work with for security services.

I give them 4 stars because the building is very difficult to navigate. Elevator down, old pieces of torn up carpet right outside office door. Stairwell doors locked.
