There are options to automatize your campaign management, but you can also deep dive into data, make your own decisions, and implement them accordingly. The platform is well-designed and often updated. The technical support is also brilliant, with a highly-skilled, experienced team to help you. The PPC podcasts are probably the best out there. Can't say enough good things about these guys. They completely transformed my amazon ad business. We had worked with several high budget agencies prior to ad badger and they were all very frustrating. All the other agencies focused on small talk and the ad badger guys always get straight to the point - love that about them. In the past, we have found AdBadger software to be useful and appreciated the valuable content created by Mike and his team on YouTube and their podcast. Based on these positive experiences, we decided to hire them to manage our Amazon PPC. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing. Our account manager was lacking in communication regarding strategies and reports, and our weekly calls seemed to be a burden for him. As an agency, there was no proper channel to escalate this issue and we had to reach out to the salesperson who onboarded us, as well as the owner Michael, but received a standardized response without any efforts to resolve the problem. Despite paying a significant amount for their fees and spending a lot on Ads with an 80% ACOS and a terrible overall experience, we had to part ways with AdBadger.
