I wish I had something good to say about this place. I left my defective computer 2 weeks ago for a diagnosis. 3 days after the computer was dropped off they called me to say the computer was non repairable so I decided to go and pick it up.
After arriving to the store and waiting for my computer to be returned, they told me the computer was still disassembled and needed to be put back together another day because the technician was no in that day.
They took them 2 weeks to call me to let me know the computer was ready. All this looked shady.
I Will never come back to this store and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I highly recommend ACT if you're looking for a gaming PC. Be sure to ask for Mike—he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I'm thrilled with my new PC build! As a bonus, they even threw in a free Logitech keyboard, mouse, and mouse pad. I can't recommend ACT and Mike enough!

I had an external hard drive that was over 10 years old and would not work with my new computer. The team at ACT were all very kind and knowledgeable explaining how they could solve my problem. My computer now has a folder on the desktop with the contents of the external hard drive and they ran cleanups and diagnostics making sure everything is running good. Service was excellent and it was all complete in less than 24 hours! We are fortunate to have ACT in our community, computer super store and valuable services!
