I would advise that no one sign up for Acronis on line, that if you really need this product purchase it in the store. I signed up last year for the 2021 subscription this year 2022 without any advanced notification Acronis went and charged 50 dollars to my paypal account for a new subscription.
I immediately contacted the company stating I have not even used the new subscription that they can plainly see, however Acronis (Billing Company Cleverbridge) absolutely refused to return my money, I was stunned
I then contacted Pay Pal who also refused to returned my money as well. What angers is simply had I had gone to the store bought the product, didn't open it and returned it within a reasonable time frame the store most likely would return my money. Not here, not with Acronis who must be hard up for the money. It should be the same on line as if it had been bought in the store. Never opened or used new subscription and maybe used it once or twice the prior year's paid subscription.
Acronis business practice are deceitful in that no notification was given as in my numerous other non- Acronis subscriptions. Again unused product and stuck with it. Find another product like EaseUS ToDo Backup 2022
