Lies... They will tell you all about exclusive territory but don't believe it. I was accidently sent an email intended for a direct competitor which they were also working with. They will also tell you that they will compensate you for bogus appointments when this is NOT the case. They simply ignore requests with detailed indicators of why leads did not qualify. On the very few they acknowledged, they simply did not replace with another lead. On top of all this, the account managers will just tell you what you want to hear and never resolve any issues. I've had issues with their team not focusing on the proper size leads we discussed, the proper services we discussed selling and they would not send my zoom meeting links to prospective clients, instead they sent MS Teams meetings but did not grant me admin rights to accept people into the meeting. All this was brought up to my account rep/s multiple times with no resolution. I can't wait for my contract to expire at the end of this month! Complete waste of money and time! I ran around to bogus appointments for a year and gained about $60 of recurring revenue from it. 🙁

They promise the world but can't even deliver a mud puddle.
