Mr. Romero came out late last night for us to get my mom's keys out of her locked trunk. We were very appreciative because he was the only business to answer his phone. I'm also appreciative because he was in the middle of handling a very serious personal matter, but he stopped what he was doing and came in less than 10min. He got my mom's keys out with ease. He was very personable and professional!

4 Yr old locked keys in car last night. Racing to get to waterpark this morning and then realized it. He was very friendly, arrived in 23 minutes (called before 8am on a Saturday), quarter to half the cost I thought it would be, and had it opened in under 3 minutes! Saved the weekend! Highly recommended!
