It’s such an exciting time at Genesys. I love working here. The people are smart and genuinely nice. One of the great things at Genesys is the mixture of old and new employees. It's great to see fresh faces while keeping the experienced employees. It's really a testament to the level of respect they show their employees. At the leadership level I find them both inspiring and accessible. Everyone rolls-up their sleeves and gets things done. I'm really happy to be here.

This is the best place to work! It is an amazingly positive environment with the most wonderful coworkers I have ever had. Everyone here is very supportive and wants to help you succeed. There are a ton of fun activities as well for employees. I literally don't mind going in each day and actually look forward to it.

Ever since the company I work for switched to Genesys softphones we have had severe connection issues where customers say it sounds very staticy and it has impacted our business in a negative way.
In my opinion Genesys is the Kia of softphones.
